On February 15, China Haisum and Shanghai Changxing Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai. Both parties will focus on cooperation in four aspects (joint construction of industrial park, building industrial resource sharing platform, jointly implementing the national "dual carbon" strategy, and accelerating the construction of intelligent manufacturing center). An Shengjie, Assistant to the General Manager of China Poly, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of China Light Industry Group Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Zhao Guoang, Deputy General Manager and Chief Economist of  China Light Industry Group Co.,Ltd., Secretary of the CPC committee and Chairman of China Haisum, Cai Muyi, Deputy General Manager of China Light Industry Group Co., Ltd., and Zhang Zhong, Secretary of the CPC committee and Chairman of Shanghai Changxing Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. attended the signing ceremony. 

An Shengjie stressed that as an important subsidiary of China Light Industry Group Co., Ltd. and the force behind "Made in China", China Haisum and Shanghai Changxing Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. are highly compatible in terms of long-term goals, industrial layout, development priorities and other aspects, having a deep foundation for cooperation in his speech. China Haisum will give full play to its expertise and resource integration advantages to deepen all-round cooperation and exchange with Shanghai Changxing Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. in resource utilization, business integration, and whole-process services through its engineering business chain services covering the whole process and all aspects, making a new leap in the strategic development of both sides. 

In the presence of all, Zhao Guoang and Zhang Zhong signed the agreement on behalf of their own party. The signing of this agreement is undoubtedly  driven by our country's adherence to innovation-driven development strategy, and is also the result of the Company's comprehensive implementation of the strategic development goals of " the 14th Five-Year Plan". 

Zhang Zhong extended his congratulations on the signing. He pointed out that China Haisum has been continuously integrating engineering design into Shanghai's industrial development, urban construction, social services and people's life, having gathered high-quality engineering service technologies and management experiences, and built a number of green intelligent factories in the field of light industrial engineering. He hoped that this strategic cooperation based on the construction of Changxing Industrial Park would give full play to advantages of both sides to help Shanghai Changxing Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. to build a new highland for industries and undertakings along the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
